Ingredients

Protein Plus Cookies & Cream Crumble

  • 2 scoops Protein Plus Cookies & Cream Protein Powder
  • ½ cup rolled oats
  • 2 tsp coconut oil, melted
  • 2 tsp maple syrup or honey
  • 1 tbsp crushed dark chocolate cookies
  • 1 tsp whole wheat flour or oat flour
  • Pinch of salt

Parfait Layer

  • 1½ cups thick Greek yoghurt
  • ½ banana, sliced
  • 4 tsp natural peanut butter
  • 1 tsp chia seeds (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat Oven
    Preheat the oven to 180°C.
  2. Prepare the Crumble
    In a mixing bowl, combine Protein Plus Cookies & Cream Protein Powder, rolled oats, crushed cookies, melted coconut oil, maple syrup, flour, and salt. Mix until crumbly.
  3. Bake
    Spread the mixture onto a lined baking tray or oven-safe dish. Bake for 8–10 minutes until lightly golden and crisp. Allow to cool completely.
  4. Assemble the Parfaits
    Divide half the crumble between two serving glasses or bowls. Add a layer of Greek yoghurt, drizzle peanut butter, and top with banana slices.
  5. Finish & Serve
    Add the remaining crumble on top with extra banana slices and a final peanut butter drizzle. Sprinkle chia seeds if desired.

Serve immediately or refrigerate for a chilled high-protein treat.
